At Tekliotek, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as final sale

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us using the email above.
